LET’S MAKE YOUR PROPERTY VISION A REALITY

Pricing

Larger projects will require a site inspection before we can give a price estimate, but more often than not we can give folks a ballpark estimate once you provide a few basic pieces of information. Please submit a contact form and fill it out to the best of your abilities. We like to know what preliminary work, if any, is needed before successfully completing our services and reaching your goals. Things we need to assess prior to scheduling the work:

- Project size, terrain and location

- What plant species are present on the property and nearby areas, and in what quantities

- Potential limitations to completing full scope of work in the desired timeframe

- Any herbicide sensitivities

- Whether livestock are currently using or will be using the property

Often times, once we finalize a scope of work with our clients and agree to a budget range, we will schedule a trip to the property, even if we haven’t seen it in person yet, prepared to complete the agreed-upon work. If a small adjustment needs to be made to our pricing we will call and confirm with the client before proceeding. Site visits for larger projects within a 30-mile radius of Windsor, CO will be charged a $75 fee, which will count towards the project cost assuming it’s contracted and completed within six months of our visit. If your property is outside of that range there will be a $125 fee, with that fee counting towards the project cost assuming it’s contracted and completed within six months of our visit. Our minimum charges are divided into “large equipment” and “small equipment” work – large equipment includes things like mobilizing a tractor, hydroseeder, or multiple spray rigs. Small equipment includes things like one spray rig, riding mower, or just laborers with hand tools. The minimum charge for large equipment work is $350 and the minimum charge for small equipment work is $250. If you already have your own specifications for a project, we will collaborate to ensure they are met. Otherwise, we are more than happy to provide a variety of solutions for you. For herbicide applications, we source and apply our own chemicals. For seeding, soil amendment and tree/shrub planting work, we can either supply the materials or the client may choose to purchase and provide them.
